It is omnipresent for children, while adults have learned to suppress it: They only allow themselves pleasure in socially acceptable doses, behind closed doors or in the form of stimulants and addictive substances. But who or what actually determines what pleasure we allow ourselves – and which one has to remain hidden? And: When does pleasure become addiction? Using the means of contemporary dance, circus and performance, Momomento drives the search for the numerous facets of pleasure to extremes and beyond. Under the branches of a tempting apple tree, the four-person ensemble plays its way through the ups and downs of life, musically, dancing and breathtakingly risky.
